Is MP4 a valid file type for attachment types in Recruiting?

We have an applicant who has submitted additional attachments as part of their job application. One of the attachments is an MP4, however when we attempt to download it, it looks like this:

Is there a way to view this file? Or is there configuration on our end that we need to setup to allow these types of files as valid attachments?

We are on PT 8.60 and PI 49
