How to Make Supplier code Inactive in JDE , We tried to change the Search Type From V to "VO" but It is allowing to create PO and voucher and Payment.

It puts the Order on Hold , But Can be released the Hold code from Application P43070(Held Order App).

User should not be able to create PR/PO and vouchers etc. I tried to change the Search Type from V to X , Also it is allowing to create PR/PO and vouchers.
