I'm looking for Documentation about EOM (Installation & Configuration, Administration). I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Searching for Enterprise Operations Monitor on docs.oracle.com leads me to a page (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E50389_01/index.htm) with a link to another page that is not available anymore.
