Drag and Drop for Emails and Attachments No Longer Work in the New Microsoft Outlook App

The "New Outlook" application, in its current preview state, does not fully support drag and drop functionality like the classic Microsoft Outlook. The new Outlook currently lacks full drag-and-drop support for external applications; this limitation is not related to Siebel, and users needing this functionality should consult Microsoft Support or revert to the classic Outlook version.
