Issue: Subinventory Default Flag unable to De-assigned from Resource Address an Ex-Employee/Resource

Form: Resource Address and Sub inventory

We have two technicians (A and B) assigned to the same sub inventory. We are trying to remove the Default flag for technician A (who is now an ex-employee).

However, we are unable to uncheck the Default flag in the Resource/Sub inventory HTML page. We also attempted to end-date the resource in CRM Resource Manager, but the system throws an error (screenshot Below).

Current Situation:

  • Technician A— Ex-employee, still active in system with Default flag = Yes.
  • Technician B (New Technician) — Active, using the same subinventory with Owner Flag enabled
  • Unable to unassign or end-date A’s resource record.
