Product Name: Oracle LinuxCurrent Version: 9.6

With the latest version of python3-oracledb a few libraries are missing.

Files provided by the package python3-oracledb (3.3.0-1.0.1.el9):
$ ls -1 /usr/lib64/python3.9/site-packages/oracledb
arrow_impl.cpython-39-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
base_impl.cpython-39-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
thick_impl.cpython-39-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
thin_impl.cpython-39-x86_64-linux-gnu.so

for comparison /usr/lib64/python3.11/site-packages/oracledb, provided by python3.11-oracledb:
aq.py
arrow_array.py
arrow_impl.cpython-311-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
base_impl.cpython-311-x86_64-linux-gnu.so
builtin_hooks.py
connection.py
connect_params.py
constants.py
constructors.py
cursor.py
dataframe.py
