Reqs with Multiple Distribution Lines change Amt and Percentage upon re-accessing

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2, PUM 48. When we re-access a requisition with multiple distributions on any line, we have noticed that the percentages and amounts change upon calling up the req to either view it, edit it, or approve it. Has anyone encountered this issue, and how is it handled? We applied bug fixes #5984840 and #36179641, but the problem remains. The requester reviews the req and it looks fine, so they submit it. But when it is opened again, you can see the amounts and percentages are no longer the same.
