Recover/ reset BOOTSTRAP_JPS

I'm struggling to find clear instructions to reset this information in jps-config-jse.xml and jps-config.xml. We had to migrate to another oracle database that came from a different Weblogic instance. I have been able to get all the data sources updated with the web interface, except values in the .xml files.

I tried to copy the

property name="bootstrap.security.principal.key" value="*****"

from the source weblogic server. That has a different domain and did not work.

I never setup the source Weblogic oracle database so I do not know the BOOTSTRAP_JPS username and password to use in the WLST command:
