Kindly clear my clarification on dep server with 19c and Enterprise on AS400

Hi,

I am bit confused with the statement mentioned in point 2 of DOC ID 2563489.1, which says:

What are the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne components certified with Oracle Database 19c?

"Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Database Server and Deployment Server is certified. The Development Client is certified with Database client 19c. If the Deployment Server is upgraded to 19c, you will not be able to build packages on the Deployment Server for the Development Client. You will need to build client packages on a Development Client."

Now we are in process of upgrading to tools 9.2.9.4 from 9.2.5.2. Where our deployment server will have E1local with 19c (and it's a fresh install on a new machine) and the clients will not have any E1Local. The application DB is on AS400. And we build full packages for Server/Clients and update packages are only for servers.
