Issue accessing Oracle patch files (login required / 400 error)

We are having difficulties downloading the required Oracle patches:

  • OPatch patch installer: p6880880_190000_MSWIN-x86-64.zip
  • Patch 30557433: DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.6.0.0.0 (p30445947_190000_MSWIN-x86-64.zip)

The links either request a login/password or return a 400 Bad Request error.

Could you please clarify how we are supposed to access these files, or provide an alternative way to obtain them?
