I am experiencing a critical internal 11.2.0.1 ORA-06512+ORA-00600+ORA-07445+ORA-00602

Hello Oracle Community,

I am experiencing a critical internal error on my Oracle 11.2.0.1 database that causes the instance to crash. PMON terminates the instance due to these errors.

Oracle Version & Environment:

  • Oracle Database 11.2.0.1 64-bit
  • Linux x86_64
  • Single instance (not RAC)

Errors observed in alert.log / trace files:

ORA-06512: at "SYS.PRVT_HDM", line 135ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgscCacheHit], [0x7FC26FA657B8], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kksLockDelete()+50] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x48] [PC:0x84143F0]ORA-00602: internal programming exceptionPMON terminated the instance due to error 602
