How to upgrade from 12.1.0.2 to 19c?

Hi,

We have an 12.1.0.2 database we want to upgrade to 19c (at least as a first step). We want as little downtime as possible (and the possibility to go back to 12c) and we will keep the same server (RHEL8).

Datapump seems to be taking way to long. We are using Enterprise edition.

Any hints or ideas for other solutions?
