User was enrolling for class.

Attached two identical documents.

Approvers can approve, however, the error

oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[67460816 ].

Approvers also cannot view that attachments.
How can I find the key object (Key[67460816 ) and delete it so the user can continue enrolling in class .
