The EBS Function type APEX, Full Window Layout option, does not open in a new browser window

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I've followed the instructions in the Document : Extending Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Using Oracle APEX in order to
connect to APEX securely. Everything works well except that when selecting the "Full Window" layout option when creating the function,
the APEX app opens within the current EBS window and not in a new window as expected.
