how to clear annotations for incidents that have exceeded max notifications
we have an issue with incidents where (for example) tablespace has been exceeded and it generates an alert, this was partially fixed, but it continued to correctly alert until it hit the max annotations. now it no longer triggers alerts on it for the alert action - we can delete the incident using emcli, but it does not seem to remove the annotations so it does not re-alert as we would expect it.
is there a way to clear the metrics/annotations before we use emcli delete_incident_record so that we can do a bulk cleanup and then have any current issues re-alert (we are trying to clear 5000+ old incidents as tech-debt cleanup)-
