Shipping Transaction Form Shows Orders for all Operating Units

Hi Team,

It would be helpful if we could please get some inputs on the below issue -

User has upgrade role in shipping grants ,

We have 2 responsibility that have shipping transactions form with different INV Org and OU for both resp.

Then irrespective of the responsibility, user can see lines from both orgs in both responsibility

Scenario - We have 2 Operating unit A and B

OU A has INV org 1A and OU B has INV org 1B

OU A is assigned to responsibility A

and OU B is assigned to responsibility B

User can access INV org 1B in responsibility A shipping txn form since she has upgrade role in shipping grants.
