How come I cannot apply security updates ELSA-2023-5264?

Our Qualys has identified some vulnerabilities associated with ELSA-2023-5264 in our Oracle Linux 8.10 server. However, when I tried to install ELSA-2023-5264 it just say no security updates needed.

Is this an expected result?

Qualys has identified that these are the versions that we need to have in our server.
