JVM for our AIS server are going into failed status after stuck threads

Hello Team,

We are currently experiencing performance issues with our AIS server environment, specifically related to the execution of ORCH programs. These programs are taking significantly longer than the defined threshold to respond from the database, which is causing a cascading impact on our system stability.

As a result, the HTML JVM initially enters a warning state due to stuck threads and subsequently transitions into a failed state. Our current setup includes four AIS servers (two for inbound and two for outbound). Notably, the outbound servers are consistently failing, necessitating manual JVM restarts to recover from the failed state.

We kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue to restore stable operations and prevent further disruptions.
