F03012.FNDJ Field Not Retaining Date in Company 00000

Whenever I manually enter a date for a customer in company 00000 in the field F03012.FNDJ, it gets cleared after some time. This only happens for company 00000. What could be causing this? I noticed that the program ID is B03B0131 . Could you assist with troubleshooting?
