P98OWSEC and P98LPSEC in JDE9.2

Hello there,

We have got JDE9.2.7.1 and it appears P98OWSEC is no longer working to change user password while P98LPSEC does. The findings is that P98OWSEC only allows maximum 8-characters in Admin Password revision screen while it has got more in P98LPSEC. quick confirmation if P98OWSEC in retired in JDE9.2?

Another question on reset JDE user password. There is an option for JDE user to acquire Password reset URL link on JDE sign-on screen and it is only working for me with the sysadmin role but interestingly doesn't work for anyone else (include another JDE system admin user with the sysadmin role). It pops up message "
