Changes to Study and training support loan (STSL) tax ?

For AU legislation, there is upcoming change Study and training support loan (STSL) tax changes from ATO. Also it seems the change is to be effective 24-Sep-2025.

Can someone please let us know if there is planning from Oracle side to release any patch for this?
