Agile PLM 9.3.6 – Login fails after AD password change
We’re on Agile PLM 9.3.6 Build 47 with AD/LDAP login.
Problem:
Some users can’t log in right after changing their AD password.
Log shows:
AdminException: Node <ID> does not exist in the cache
Disable/Enable user doesn’t help. Restarting the App Server fixes it.
Anyone found a way to refresh the user cache without restarting? Or a patch/fix for this?
