How to bypass the error: The mandatory argument NPC/FRN value cannot be null

Hi everyone,

I am facing the below error when creating a candidate as a Recruiter:

The mandatory argument NPC/FRN value cannot be null Cause: The mandatory argument NPC/FRN has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API HR_RO_CONTACT_REL_VAL.CHECK_RO_CONTACT . Action: Either specify a value for the NPC/FRN argument which is not null or contact your local support representative.

I couldn't find any profile or any mention on how to enter this data or to make it not required.

I used Personalize option at 'Create Candidate' page and I didn't find any such field.
