'Benefits Statement is not Setup.' affecting only a handful of users.

We have recently produced our Online Confirmation Statements for Open Enrollment and a handful of employees have received the error, Benefits Statement is not Setup. Please contact your Benefits Administrator.

The Benefits Administrator can view the Confirmation Statement for those in error by using Review Employee Statements successfully. The employees have cleared their browser cache.

Has anyone seen this before?

PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 .50, Tools 8.62, SQL Database
