TALEO DATA DELETION of DIVERSITY DATA

Hi there,

We are working on the TALEO DATA DELETION of DIVERSITY DATA from candidate profile, who have already responded to these question through submission or while creating general profile and who belongs to France and Netherlands and this is to be done as part legal requirement for the countries.

My view : As this is not possible to delete the diversity data alone from candidate profile and in order to be compliant, we want to delete the entire candidate record and recreate them back without the Diversity data.

Question :

1. Is this a good approach and does this meet the legal terms ?
