MERANT ODBC MIGRATION step in patch installation

Hi Oracle Team,

We're in process to apply siebel patch 25.8 on IP 24.10 . During the installation process we found new step named as "MERANT ODBC MIGRATION" .Kindly let us know what details are required for "MERANT ODBC MIGRATION" step and are there any prerequisite that needs to be done before this. Last year we upgraded from 23.8 to 24.10 but we didn't encounter MERANT ODBC MIGRATION step during patch installation.
