Changing the project status from 'SUBMITTED' to 'APPROVED'

Hi There,

I am trying to develop a webADI template through which user will pass project_number (segment1 from pa_projects_all') . Ultimate goal of this template is to change the project status from SUBMITTED to APPROVED. Which Oracle standard public API I should use to achieve it?
