Is there a way to determine who entered a record in Disciplinary Actions?

Hello!

Our HRBPs are the only ones that have access to enter disciplinary actions, but we are trying to determine (per their request), who entered a specific action in 2024. I don't see anything in the query records that would tell me this and my developer told me that he didn't see any type of audit that would allow us to track that. It seems that it would be a very crucial piece to audit though.

Records entered here: Workforce Administration > Labor Administration > Record Disciplinary Action
