How to disable workflow "Inbound Wireless Messaging Activity Dispatch"

Team,

We need help to disable workflow "Inbound Wireless Messaging Activity Dispatch" in production system. It's a very old configuration we are not suing it any more but activities are getting moved to 'Dispatch Failed' status. We need to disable this feature. We are not able to find how this WF "Inbound Wireless Messaging Activity Dispatch" is getting invoked.

Any help is appreciated.
