Oracle R12.2.13

Concurrent Program is not triggering next Scheduled run post any error out run. Concurrent program is completed into error and stopped schedule automatically.

I can not see below message which I can see in success run.

Successfully resubmitted concurrent program with request ID to start at 10-SEP-2025 15:14:25 (ROUTINE=AFPSRS)

Please suggest.
