Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Please guide me when RP3 assumes a value of C in F0411.

Is it when Voucher is entered into JD Edwards using other tools like SCANMAN etc.?
