The System setting POV Period taking precedence over User/Batch run POV period

We executed the DLR using the CLI command from the FDMEE server with the parameters shown below. However, the job is still picking up the value set in the system setting 'POV Period' = Apr-2025. If we do not specify a value here, the batch execution fails to run the DLR

// call runbatch.bat <Username> "-f:passfile" Batch_Data_Load "Period=Jun-2025" //
