Expense Report Oracle Maps Distance Calculator Question

I've configured Oracle Maps to work with Expense Report mileage. Type ahead works perfectly when entering an address. I also noticed if I enter a location name, as in my case, an Elementary School in my district, it will pull up an address, as well. We have 140+ schools, elementary, middle, and high, and with many of them, I can type in the school name and get an address; however, many do not pull up an address (especially those built in the last 5 years or so).

My question (s): How often is Oracle Maps updated, and is there a way to add these school names/locations to Oracle Maps?
