Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. At the security level, it has already added the permissions in P00950 to applications P04571, P04572, P04572U, P04572W, andP04573, but the error persists
