How to set up a class category in Oracle?

If I were to create a journal entry and I want to be able to add more specific information, such as tagging a subsidiary to a particular cost center with the addition of a "class" column in the journal entry, would that be possible?
For example, I input a specific cost center such as "11111" in a journal entry line item and I want to make sure that all journal entries that hit that particular cost center have to also have a "class" selected from the dropdown. I go to the "class" column and have the option to select a subsidiary in the dropdown such as "Car", "Computer", or "Simpsons," is there a way to set that up in Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2)?
