R42950 ignores advanced preference and overrides the price effective date

Hi,

When a sales order is created, the "Based on Date" field in table F4211 is set to '0', and the Advanced Preference is configured to use the Promised Delivery Date. In the R42950 UBE, under the Price Process tab, Processing Option 3 ("Retain Sales Order Price Effective Date") is set to '1'. According to the description, this setting (1) means: "Use Sales Order's Override Price Effective Date or Preferenced-in Price Effective Date."

However, when R42950 runs for the sales order, it updates the Price Effective Date to match the Order Creation Date, instead of retaining the date from the advanced preference setup, which is promised delivery date.
