A question about the Re-order point method

hi All friends,

my customer has a requirement: they have a special kind of item.

this kind of item, they only need 1 0n-hand qty in the stock, if the on-hand qty becomes 0, then they need to buy a new one, or else, you don't.

so they want to setup 0 re-order point, and re-order qty equals 1.

from the JDE side, we can't setup the 0 re-order point, if we do so, this re-order point is blank after we save the value. and when we use P43011 to check, the system will suggest you should generate a new order and the quantity is 1. but this is not what the user want to see.
