tcp port time out in sbc
Hi Team,
we have below set up.
SIP Server<—→SBC< ——>Firewall>——→agent(register)
When agents login for the first time of the day, they encounter below issue during the first call.
SBC is reusing the old TCP port ( used for the yesterday's last call) for the first call INVITE in the next day morning. But firewall already timed out that TCP port and first call always fail with retransmission. when agent relogin the issue resolve.
- How to find the SBC TCP port timeout value ?.
- We dont have tcp-keepalive parameter enabled in the agent registering interface. should we enable it ?.
- If we enable it, how does it work in the tcp hand shake ? what tcp timeout values kick in?
