How to add freight charges on Item Cost for avg cost method.

in Cost Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

My version is 12.2.5, we are not using LCM. Can it be possible to add fright charges or any charges to item through inventory or costing module. if not, any other possibilities. Want to use this in purchase orders.
