While processing absence payroll previous month payroll calander recovery got processed

We are procesisng payroll first & then we process absence calander. Surpsrisingly in this month payroll procesisng I have find out that previous month all payroll calander get reveresed in absence processing . And all recover happened. If I am inserting trigger & processing this again then this reversal get removed but i am not able to find the root cause of the issue. Please help.
