VLAN Tagging in Oracle X8-2M with Base OS 19.28

We are using the Oracle Database Appliance X8-2M. Our IT security team has been advised that DB System & the its KVM should be in separate VLAN with tagging,

For this purpose I have re-imaged the appliance. Now the appliance is ready for the reconfiguration.

Please let me know how can I enable VLAN tagging asper following . Please share the command / procedure .

IP and VLAN Configuration required:

  • ODA Base IP: 10.5.64.10 → VLAN Tag: 64
  • DB System IP: 10.5.64.11 → VLAN Tag: 64
  • Oracle Application Server KVM IP: 10.5.68.12 → VLAN Tag: 68
  • Oracle WebLogic Server KVM IP: 10.5.68.13 → VLAN Tag: 68
