Application Field Disabled in Transactions Workbench for CSO Finance Super User Responsibility

Hi all,

In Oracle Receivables R12.2.11, the Applications field is not enabled when using the CSO Finance Super User Responsibility. Because of this, I'm unable to unapply a credit memo application on the invoice.

Could someone please help me understand the setup/configuration behind this, and what is required to enable the Applications field for this responsibility?
