Is there anyway to Override the Tax Recovery Rate while creating an AP Transaction?

Hi Team,

How to override the defaulted tax recovery rate at AP Transaction Level? I have followed all the steps mentioned in the Doc ID 1588011.1 and the only difference is the 'Calculate Tax' Option will not work in our environment as the Automatic Tax Calculations are disabled as per the need (by unchecking the 'Allow Tax Applicability' Option at COO Level). Thus, forces the user to manually select the required tax rates Via Tax Lines as needed.

Currently I don't see the Tax Distribution being populated and allowing me to override the Recovery Rate
