Installed Base Transaction Subtype as all fields are greyed out, unable to update

I am attempting to change an existing Sub Transaction Type in Oracle Installed Base. I am not able to make any changes as the form is greyed out and was wondering how we can make the form can be enabled for user to edit existing subtype?

Oracle install Base admin>Set Ups>Transaction Subtypes
