iAssets transfer request - releasing and receiving approver

EBS 12.2.10, iAssets

Weather the releasing and receiving approvers can be defined through AME rules (custom rules), instead of iAsset rule (which is connected with responsibility through Profile: IA: iAssets Rule Name)?

In AME exist Transaction Type: iAssets Releasing Approval Chain and iAssets Receiving Approval Chain, but it is ignored, approver are always defined through AME Rules that have two options/methods:
Cost Center Manager based approvals’
Employee Supervisor hierarchy based approvals
