Hi
I am trying to install OEM 24ai using a non-SYS user.

Per EM 24ai: Frequently Asked Questions in 24.1 (Doc ID 3065779.1)

Can we Install/Upgrade 24.1 using LCM user (non sys) ?

Yes. we can use LCM/non-sys user for Install/upgrade to 24.1. EM will allow to enter NON_SYS user details during Install/upgrade.

My Steps:
I created my response file and ran the installer:
unset CLASSPATH
$INSTALL_TOP_DIR/em24100_linux64.bin -outputLoc $TEMP -J-Djava.io.tmpdir=$TEMP -invPtrLoc $OMS_HOME/oraInst.loc -responseFile /tmp/new_install.rsp
Step 1: Select "Advanced Install" Select "Install software only with plug-ins and Configure Later" Click the "Next" button.
