Leave Accrual Process - PSPACCRL - Inserting same rows twice - Unique Constraint Error

Hi All,

We are in PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 and PeopleTools 8.54.

We are facing a strange scenario. PFB.

We have an active employee who has an active enrollment in Leave Plan - Plan Type: 52.

When we are running the delivered leave accrual process: PSPACCRL we are getting the below error:

"Leave Accrual started for Company: ABC        at 20:37:16.93

DATE = 2025-09-21 EMPL = XXXXX             

Application Program Failed

 In Pgm Section  : INSERT-LEAVE-ACCRUAL                                 

With Return Code: 00805  

Error Message   : ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_LEAVE_ACCRUAL) violated
