How to remove default Responsibility set while creating a user in siebel application.

Hi Team,

While creating a user in siebel application under Employee screen, we noticed that responsibility field will auto populate/set to "Siebel Administrator".

How to remove this auto set responsibility? We need a blank responsibility field.
