Reported Bug: Outbound Emails via MS Exchange Server 2019 With Java Enabled Fail

Users who use self-signed certificate to access mail server are not able to send emails via Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 with Java for SMTP enabled. This issue affects only customers running Siebel Email Response in Siebel 25.7 or later with an on-premises Exchange Server.
