Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. IS there a way to completely turn off delivered AWE approval process for Guided Self Service - Reporting Change transaction?

Simply inactivating the Process ID does not help - As workflow is still triggered, however, system does not know the workflow to use and gets stuck.
